The
project aims to strengthen organizational capacity in early childhood
development (ECD) by addressing gaps in governance, leadership, management,
financial systems, human resources, resource mobilization, risk management,
programming, result-based management, and knowledge management. This will be
achieved through targeted interventions such as policy development, staff
training, strategic planning, improved financial and human resource systems,
and enhanced digital and visibility tools, thereby enabling institutions to
deliver high-quality, sustainable ECD services.
